Apartment in Princeville on Kauai

January 22, 2022

We are enjoying getting to know a little more about our environs.  Hawaii is definitely unique…being not only divided into counties but separate islands…

We are on the most western island, Kauai (see above circle)

We are on the northern point of Kauai (see circle)

Here is our apartment/condo where we will spend another seven days

A nicely stocked kitchen where Carl prepared a wonderful local fish dish with pineapple/banana/wine sauce this evening. (I sliced up the pineapple and sampled the wine for him, thank you very much)

As I was told by several friends and sister in law, I DO love the weather…the lowest has been 68 degrees and the high has been 79 degrees so far.  While this is the wettest area of Kauai, we have had nothing but sunny days.
