Lahaina…Feast at Lele, February 7, 2022

Our friends, Dave and Sandy Landefeld, have vacationed in Hawaii every other year for many years and one day a few months into 2021, Dave mentioned they were going and it made us start thinking of traveling domestically again during the pandemic but to a destination a little more exotic than Oklahoma and a place we had never been before.  They invited us to join them (and Sandy’s niece, Katy and her boyfriend, Jake) at their favorite luau where they were going to celebrate their 24th wedding anniversary.  It must be one of the more favored luaus around here because even full time residents go there over and over.  Well, we certainly enjoyed the event, location, food, company and show.  Here is a glimpse of what we enjoyed.
