 DESTINATION: GRAND CANYON, AZ

We left La Posada reluctantly this morning after we took a walk around the premises.  The grounds aptly describe the translation …The Resting Place.  Here are some of the scenes.

Here we are after a full day of traveling off of Route 66 to see some area interests.  We are staying at the El Tovar while we are in the Grand Canyon.  This is our second trip here.  Because of Covid restrictions, we were either limited to our room to enjoy some wine or the balcony area of the lodge.  We chose the balcony.
